Our visitors left this morning. They were collecting their labradoodle puppy in Brisbane. They sent us photos of him, including one where he was cuddled up to Harvey the Boxer. They laugh at Bluey becoming our lap dog, but I will be surprised if young Bentley doesn’t follow suit.
When I took Bluey for his morning walk at the park, he just sat there admiring the scenery. Tilly is exhausted after her efforts to chase that big dog out of her home and garden.

We had to switch focus away from our jobs and start organising our gear to pack in the Bushtracker. We will collect the van Thursday afternoon and head off on Friday. I did take time to tidy the garage, mainly to be sure caravan essentials will not be left behind.
I also finished the roof lifting system for the pool shed. It needs to be raised by hand from the inside, but once raised, it can be held in position with the ropes. This is better than using timber props to hold up the roof.

This afternoon I spent a couple of hours helping a friend move house, particularly reassembling a bed. That job would have been much easier if I had taken my tools with me, as just using Allen keys was tedious.
I gave Bluey a quick walk just before the rain returned. The light created an unusual sunset to the north.
