This morning we enjoyed breakfast with a few friends. Bluey was able to come with us to the Salt Cafe and enjoyed seeing everyone.
We had to get home to assemble our pantry cabinets. The hardest job was levelling both tall cabinets. These were then screwed together and secured to the wall. We then put the drawer cabinets in place and levelled them. We have not screwed these to the wall yet as we haven’t decided on the style of benchtop.
After Anita installed the adjustable shelves she started filling them. We are missing the hardware for three drawers, and the fronts for the pantry drawers, so cannot finish this job. Our flatpack pile is much smaller, and I was able to put away some of my tools.
Bluey has been very clingy after four days of building works and being confined to our bedroom. Tilly had a rest on my dust sheet after exploring the new pantry.
